Choosing the Best Picture
Our artists use the picture you send to make the special picture. It's best if your pet is sitting or standing nicely in the picture. Make sure the picture is clear and up-close so we can see all the details. If you're not sure, you can ask us for help!
When Will I Get My Order?
Once the special picture is ready (and you like it), it takes about 2-6 days to finish everything. Then, we'll give you a special number so you can know where your picture is. If you live in the US, it might take 3-7 days to reach you. If you're far away, it could take 5-25 days.
