I followed this guy around for WEEKS trying to get the perfect shot for this transformation. It needed to be eye level, well lit, not blurry, and have a plain white background for the best effect - I do know how photography and Photoshop work! I finally got him mid-meow by using the burst shot function on my phone and it turned out PURRFECT! I sent the photo over to ArtYourCat and they did the rest. Now we have a poster of this shot hanging on the wall in my kids' bro-cave. Thanks, ArtYourCat!
I tried to get a good pic of Maui with the shirt but she wasn’t feeling like posing. (She was a kitten in the photo so she’s a little larger now) The sweatshirt rendering looked just like the photo I sent in. We love it. It’s so cute.
I took a picture of my cat with the portrait in mind so that she looks up to the sky at the right angle... it helps make it more realistic LOL!!!
I'm attaching the original picture so you can see :-)
Daughter lost her elderly cat, Annabelle, who we rescued from an abusive home. We gave her two good years in the end, and she was a delight. I sent AYC a picture of her for a coffee mug for my daughter for Christmas. The artist did a masterful job. My daughter cried when she opened the box and pulled out the mug. Thank you for bringing Annabelle back for tea everyday.
